Just had a tankless water heater replaced and I am very happy with everything; estimate was prompt and professional, job was scheduled on a timely basis and completed in a timely and courteous manner. Refrigerated air, to replace the swamp cooler, was the plan for this summer, 2011. After much research, I decided on a Trane system – primarily due to the good name. Though not familiar with Sun City until the estimate & installation, now I heartily recommend them. Jim, did the estimate, follow-up & troubleshooting of a small problem and has always been patient, competent and helpful. The installers -Luis and Enrique, and L.D. and the electrician Lee – were courteous at the house, concerned about proper installation, operation and not leaving a mess.
The family and I are glad we choose these fellows and the Trane system. The A/C has made this hot summer bearable and I’m looking forward to a comfortable winter as well with the new gas heater.

I recently had a high end Trane central heating and cooling system installed by Sun City.
A most excellent job done under demanding circumstances. The unit was a very tight fit.
From start to finish professionalism was the word of the day.
Jason Olguin was always available with the answer to any question I had.
The install crew; Enrique, Martin and Johnny were careful, precise and didn’t scratch one square inch of my new tile.
Gentlemen all with good work ethics and attitudes.
