Office Coordinator
This full-time office position supports the day-to-day needs of our Las Cruces office. The work may include communicating with customers, scheduling, data entry, paperwork, recordkeeping, and helping different departments with general office tasks.
About the Position
The Office Coordinator helps keep our office organized and provides practical support to the customers, coworkers, managers, field employees, and departments that rely on the office each day. The exact responsibilities will depend on the office opening available and the company’s needs at that time.
The work may include answering phones, assisting customers and coworkers, entering and updating information, organizing paperwork, helping with scheduling, maintaining records, and completing other day-to-day administrative tasks. We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, comfortable using computers, and willing to learn. The right person should be able to communicate clearly, follow through on responsibilities, and adjust when priorities change.
