My AC unit wasn't functioning properly and Sun City was able to send someone same day to investigate. Esteban was communicative the whole time starting from calling me to let me know his ETA, explaining what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and how long it would take him to fix it. He was professional throughout and answered or addressed all of my questions or concerns. It's stressful to have no AC in the summer months but Sun City made sure it was fixed quickly. 'Would like to mention Todd Hensley specifically. Todd was sent to close up the drywall hole left in my ceiling after the installation of a mini-split unit. He was very careful and meticulous in his work. He matched both the texture and the color of the ceiling exactly! Todd was very neat and cleaned up the area after he finished. I can't speak more highly of the entire Sun City staff who got my new HVAC system up and running in a very timely and efficient manner. Starting with Crystal, who was able to schedule Jason right away and he gave me multiple options for a new system. Once I selected, Leighann got me scheduled for the install. The install also happened alot sooner than it was originally scheduled. Thank you Leighann! The installation crew...Johnny B, Fabian, and Luis had the new system up and running in no time and they left no trace that they were even here. Again, thank you all for your efficiency, your customer service, and your technical skills in getting my house cool once again.
