Sun City Plumbing came several times over the course of the past few months to install a completely new central air system. The price was very reasonable and the crews that came were very kind and knowledgeable. They discovered that a section of my ductwork was rotted through. They were very patient while I found the funds to cover this unexpected cost. They came back and were able to run all the duct work through the attic without having to pull any drywall, which reduced the time of the project down from the 2 week estimate to one day. They worked incredibly hard in my attic to make this work. They even removed the old ductwork from the swamp cooler that was there in the 90s long before I bought the house. The effort they showed to do the right thing is a dying art. When they were pulling out the old ductwork in the attic, they accidentally punched through the drywall. The next day they sent this general contractor, Todd Hensley, to do a patch job. He was an absolute wizard! Performing drywall patchwork with texture, primer and paint is a very difficult skill set. He is very meticulous and the care he puts into his craft is very apparent. The point is, the customer service at Sun City Plumbing is outstanding, the crews are very good at what they do. Sun City is wonderful! We originally contacted them to service our three air conditioners for the summer. We had contacted another company who give us an extremely high estimate, which my husband knew was ridiculous since he used to do the jobs by himself. Sun City's estimate was almost exactly half of the first one. So they serviced two successfully, the third one needed to be replaced, after being installed in 1995! So we had them replace and install the brand new one. Installation was quite difficult, as a crane had to be involved, but they took it all in stride and charged exactly what was estimated. Sun City, from the front office to the outside workers, are just great -- professional, capable and FRIENDLY. We look forward to doing future business with them without hesitation. Read Less

Our lower kitchen sink pipe was corroding and although we did not have a leak, we knew it would eventually give out. We have always trusted Sun City Plumbing & Heating for our plumbing issues and I can honestly say we have never had a bad experience. Justin and Mario were so courteous, professional and explained what needed to be done and the estimate was very reasonable. They did an excellent job and even installed a clean out which makes it easier to go through the pipe if we have other issues. Read Less

I want to give a big shout out and thank you to Jesse and Socorro at Sun City Plumbing and Heating, who came to replace my air conditioner. They handled the entire job safely. A crane was utilized to remove the old unit and install the new one. Because the new air conditioner was a different brand and size, Jesse even went back to fabricate a custom piece to perfectly fill the open space. Both Jesse and Socorro were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They welcomed all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. In just hours, they had my new air conditioner fully installed and working perfectly. Excellent service and polite workers. Jessy handled the new AC installation and had it done fast without issue. Answered all questions and made sure I was good before leaving. Todd came the next day to redo the area where the attic door was removed to install the furnace. He was meticulous in his work and actually made it better than when the home was built.
